1. How about the Freshness of product and shelf life?

Mr. Oven is premium range of oven fresh cookies with best quality and we ensure its premiumness, shelf life of each product is mentioned on package.

2. How to make online payment and is it safe on your website?

You can make the payment online through trusted and popular online payment options like Debit Card. Credit Card(Visa/Master Card / RuPay / Diners), Net Banking and UPI.

Mr. Oven assure that the payment gateway integrated on our website is in line with standard compliant to industry standard (PCI) and are verified by security providers.

3. Are you charging for delivery ?

In case of order is above Rs.599/- then there is no delivery charges else on actual.

5. How to place an order?
  1. You may directly place an order as a guest or by Signing in through your User ID/Email ID and Password registered with mroven.in
  2. Choose the product you wish to order and add to cart.
  3. Provide the shipping address with PIN code ( Please check the delivery feasibility based on PIN code).
  4. Make payment and you will be notified with order confirmation &tracking number over email.
6. Can I track my order?

Tracking number would be provided at the time of order and same can be used for tracking order

7. How soon can I get my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. 

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
